Sig Chis are hot and down-to-earth for the most part. Betas always seem to have a stick up their as.ses. Most of the Betas I've seen look like balding middle-aged men. They think they're great because they have money and a big house, but they are rude guys and their parties suck. What sticks out in my mind is at the Beta/Sig Chi hockey game when Beta started chanting, "It's alright, it's okay, you will work for us one day" when they started losing, which I thought was in very poor taste. So take it from a girl, choose Sig Chi :)

Definately go Sig Chi. They are more fun and super cute guys, so girls love going to their parties. Plus they are all really great friends and love the house that they are in. Girls only go to Beta because they want to see their house, but they guys are stuck up and care more about money than anything else. They always hang out together because they think they are above other people, not because they have great brotherhood. Sig Chi is the way to go.

My roommate last year and I were at Beta for one of their parties and she asked one of the Betas for a beer and he laughed in her face and walked away where as Sig Chi's are more than happy to share their handle when walking around the house and asked for a shot...I've never had a rude encounter at Sig Chi because are just generally more down to earth and happy to be in a house

Yeah obviously because I'm not showing up to a frat party to be sober and walk around the halls all night!!! How silly would that be!!!
