Who you are on paper does have a huge impact. It tells sororities how smart you are, whether you know how to study, whether you will make grades and generally make a contribution to the house - whether because of leadership or talent or athletics or honors or whatever. But who you are on paper doesn't determine everything. That's why you have to bring it, from good conversation to taking an interest in others to being humble and interesting. It's a combination of everything and that's why our system is one of the best in the nation.
