This is seriously one of the most pathetic posts I've ever read on here. If you really feel like this, I feel sorry for you. There are 15 amazing sororities at Mizzou. You are likely to lose out on all of them with this attitude.

Please, try to be a little more basic. The classic girl who wants tri delt because she needs to confirm she's the best. There are a lot of not so great girls in this house, they are not all they're cracked up to be. If you're not from a popular stl high school and end up in Tri delt you'll feel pretty lost. I promise.

Also, there are at least 5 other houses that rival tri delt looks wise, philanthropy wise and academically. So don't get your heart set on tri delt. Make a choice that will make you happy. Some girls pledge tri delt for the same reason you do and end up very unhappy.... Your being incredibly naive to think that house is the be all end all. Maybe for stl girls, but other girls should seek diverse houses.

What I find funny about this post is that the OP used the name "Dolly", which if you didn't know is the Tri Delts mascot name... Aka Dolly the Dolphin. So this is either shameful self promotion on Tri Delts part or a crazy PNM.

I truly hope that all of the girls who only are considering TriDelt get what they want or drop rush all together. The rest of the great, and not so great, houses are really not interested in close-minded, know-it-all freshmen who are clueless about what it means to be in a sorority. Good riddance.

I honestly can't wait for so many of the PNMs to get here in August and see what the houses are really all about. So many of them will be disappointed.

I completely disagree with this statement. I Definitely have an open mind going into rush but unfortunately know too many people who are currently in greek life and so i unintentionally already have favorite houses. Although I am by no means close minded to tri delt, I in no way have "dreamt of being a tri delt"

Are you really that stupid? This post is beyond embarrassing... ANY sorority girl, even a Tri Delt, would laugh in your face if you said them. Grow up and try to learn how rush actually works.

Oh I'm pretty confident I'll get in one of those houses!

I bet if you asked all the girls going through rush what they truly wanted to be before they went through - 98% would say Tri Delt!
