I was looking at the schedule for the upcoming recruitment. And during the philanthropy round #2 I believe , and the bottom it says those in the human en. Sic. College have a meeting at 4 pm. Do any of yahll know if that's gunna interfere w anything big, like will I miss anything. I mean I'm sure they pha knows what they're doing I was just a little confused.

If you have to attend this meeting, your Pi Chi's will work with you to make up rounds you may have missed (i.e. Visit the missed chapters during your breaks). This happens every year, and is easily worked around, so don't worry about it!

But does everyone have the same breaks ? Cuz like that would b awk if like only the HES girls showed up to a house or would it be during others groups times

It would be during other group's times! Parties will consist of 80-90 girls going into a chapter at a time, so you don't have to worry about being awkwardly alone. Trust me, it seems confusing but it all works out!
