This is rather generous, especially considering there are pretty girls and chill girls and smart girls in every house. PiPhi has better grades than Kappa, which you put in the smart house and TriDelt has much more than pretty girls. So while it's nice to say something flattering about each house, there are some houses that have it all. And then there are the rest.

I wouldn't necessarily say Tri Delta is a smart house... They average out 5th or 6th place in grades usually.. I'd say they value their grades though. They obviously have some intelligent women, I don't think they aim to recruit "smart girls" ya know? More like Pretty fun girls who have things put together(which may include grades). Pi Phi could be on here as a smart house too, but they are so externally well rounded chill would be a better category. And I like (honestly) how you put ZTA as pretty. People are so busy throwing shade at them that they don't realize/acknowledge they're like top 5 pretty houses behind Tri Delta, Gphi, Aphi, and DG. Delta Gamma could swing pretty too like I just said. SK has a lot going on with their members. Like an awkward teen graders trying to figure out who they are and make an identity. They're a huge melting pot of pretty, weird, smart, nice, fun, and involved, shady...etc.

I agree with everything except the zeta part. I mean, they're pretty for a bottom tier house, but there's plenty other prettier houses like DG, axo, kappa, Adpi, even before I start to think about adding zeta to the list. Sounds like self promotion if you ask me.
