which fraternity?
by: TokenSo I'm a juco transfer who 1. Will be coming into the university just after my 23rd birthday. Yea I'm kinda old but I took some time away from school out of high school to work, travel, and ultimately take care of my family after dad passed from cancer. Oh and I'm black. Just lookin to find out which (Greek) fraternity would be my best bet at getting into with my age and race. Please no suggestions for stomp the yard esque frats cause well I'm just not into that haha. Thanks.

If you are intent on going through the process you can probably find a fraternity that's a good fit. But I agree. You can do better. I think you will find little pimply freshman a bit hard to tolerate, as well as all of the fraternity bullsh it. You probably are beyond that. Good luck.

I don't think you'll find a fraternity you fit in with. Being black in IFC is honestly kind of hard. I'm black and in a sorority and while I had no problems getting into my sorority, I know being a male and being black is difficult at Mizzou. And your age also lowers your chances. I also don't think you will even like it. Being 23, your lifestyle choices will be different from 18-22 year olds. However you should totally try anyway! I could be wrong.
