There is no way in A chi o is above G phi and either is KD sorry. Obvious your an A chi o. The only reason people want to move KD up is because their spring pledge class had to have above 3.6 or were cut. Besides they are no where close to G phi in looks.

Based on kds terrible retention #s on the most recent Greek life grades I would move them down to bottom tier. Wondering if they left girls off who didn't make grades so they could boost their gpa?

KD doesn't have bad retention rates, 88 girls didn't sign the paper that authorized PHA to obtain their grades or PHA messed up again. Their newest pledge class alone is over 100 girls and their new junior pledge class is close to 100 as well.

Theta is doing something dirty. They left 88 girls off their grade report. Makes me wonder why? Isn't it up to your very smart chapter president to make sure everyone signed the grade report? Sounds like some dirty accounting to me. We were fined if we didn't get it signed.... So Theta how did a bunch of super smart girls not get it signed?

Maybe APhi should slow their roll a bit because I actually preffed the house I'm currently in and Phi Mu before I preffed them on the final round of cuts. They were boring. Every day felt like they were unexcited to be there and resting on their looks. I had the worst conversations in their house, I was unexcited to get to know the girls, and I wanted desperately to get cut from their house but they kept asking me back.
I don't know why people think APhi is a hot girl house either because they were pretty average looking when I went through. I wouldn't be able to tell you the difference between an APhi and an AXO or an SK, or even a KD based solely on looks. They're astoundingly underwhelming.

The only house I feel like stands out completely is Delta or GPhi but that's only because they take a certain "type" of girl looks wise.
