The only people who think Aphi is upper middle is Aphi. They are not to Britt and just average. Sorry girls.

I think this list is pretty great. I think based on grades and scandals though spots 3 and 4 should be redone.
3. A Chi O, DG, KD
-KD did really well in grades and is all around a great house with not a lot of drama, they just need to get some super hot girls instead of just cute girls.
-DG has went under the radar and hasn't done anything great or terrible.
4. GPhi, APhi, SK
-GPhi is attractive to PNMs and gets great girls an dhas average but okay grades. They just aren't super involved so they should be upper mid anymore.
-APhi has just really dropped the ball on grades and even though they have gotten some attractive girls they need to improve on their grades an dbeing more involved.
These are the only changes I would make! Nailed the rest of it though for sure.

KD should be above DG and GPhi they did super well in grades and are way more involved on campus and in greeklife. SK is on the same level as Phi Mu except they have some more attractive girls

If you look through past threads you will see come posts about comparisons of tiers through the years.
When my sister went here in 2007:
Top: DG, chi o, delta, theta
Mid: Adpi, pi phi, Gphi, aphi
Bottom: axo, KD, zeta, phi mu
So to answer your question, houses can move up and down. Some examples: DGs big fall was the hazing scandal and they had to clean house. Pi phi has only recently be considered a top house. Axo and KD used to be mirror images of each other and now axo is more similar to Adpi (hardworking) and aphi (more fun and better looking)

These tiers should change every 3 years as the girls in the chapters do let's get real. I was told by an older alum that Chi O started out as bottom tier and one year during formal rush there were many girls with a few houses on their list that were so called bottom tier that they didn't want to join. Long story short there were about 30 girls/pnm's that formed a group and joined Chi O from then on they continued to climb the tier ladder.

That story about ChiO sounds false unless it was 60-70 years ago. My Aunt was a Kappa in the 70's and she said Kappa and Theta were top and Chi was strong high middle.

I have friends in both KD and AXO and I think both houses have great girls and both houses don't end up involved in a lot of drama. I don't get why people say AXO is so much better than KD though. AXO has more attractive girls but it's not that huge of a difference from what I've seen. And even though AXO has more attractive girls KD has done better in competition and grades, I think the houses are pretty equal but that's just my opinion!

Aphi has dropped dramatically, nobody thinks their middle except themselves and why would they be? Because some girl thinks their cute? There are cute girls in every house. A phi down and DG up. Aphi and KD about = only trading grades for looks??
