What's the likelihood I won't get a bid even if I stick with rush?

Last year over 600 women who signed up for recruitment did not end up with a bid on bid day.

BUT - virtually all of them chose to drop out. Only a few dozen were released from all houses. That usually happens for grades, or for being disrespectful. Generally things that you could prevent. (Although I realize it's too late now for an incoming freshman to fix her grades.)

IF you are genuine, kind, and receptive to all 15 houses, if you have decent grades, and if you maximize your options after preference, you will 98% likely receive a bit.

(Maximize options = if you attend three preference parties, you list all three on your MRABA; if you attend two, you list both; if you attend one, you list it. Failing to maximize options = you attend three parties and only are willing to join two, or one, etc. A bit over 100 women didn't maximize their options last year and didn't get a bid, even though they made it through the week without dropping out or being released.)
