wondering

With your pledge class being so big and your whole sorority is around 300 girls are the sororities here at mizzou close, I'm scared I'm going to join a sorority here and not make friends considering the fact that I will be sophomore and I will just be turning 20 a couple days prior to rush. Would it be weird for me to rush?
