Why TF does everyone hate on the lower/bottom tier fraternities so much? It's really getting old. There's no doubt in my mind that there might be at least one quality person in some of them.

Who are you to decide which houses are bad? Different houses appeal to different people. There are no bad houses. It's all a matter of opinion.

The so-called "Top Tier" fraternities are full of tools and d-bags. They'd be great if everyone liked them as much as they like themselves. The frats that are under the radar are so full of good guys so donn't let the girls who worship the idiots in Sig Chi and Beta convince you otherwise.
