pnm applications

I have a question. If there are over 2,000 girls who rush, is it possible for the sororities to verify everything on a PNM's rush application? What if someone lies about their GPA, ACT, activities??? Would all of the sororities really take the time to fact check everything???

You have to send both of these in to mizzou. And sororities will have access to both of these.

We do. We check everything. So don't lie.

Yes, it is easy enough to verify. The forms must match the recs which must match the info the university has on file. Why would you lie anyway? If you don't make the grade cuts or don't have many solid activities or honors you would feel out of place in a top house.

Will they look at your weighted GPA? Should I put that in?

It can only help, put both your weighted and 4.0 in.

Our school goes by a 5.0 grade scale. When I applied to Mizzou, I had to convert it to a 4.0 grade scale. Would I do that again for my rush app?

Yes, just to make things easier.

One of my good friends is a Tri Delt and I know for a fact she lied on her rush application! Obviously, they didn't verify enough.

Delta is top five in grades every semester so this isn't true, but nice try!

I got my rec packets sent out before graduation and I only had my mid year GPA to use.. So it won't match up (my final is gonna be higher) but I wasn't lying. Is this an issue?

If it's not a huge difference, than no. If it is, explain when you're rushing.
