High middle tier. They are realy borderline. Some people will tell you they are top an dsome are going to tell you they are a middle house. I think they are middle tier. They've won greek week for who knows how many years in a row. I've met some nice Kappas and i've met some not so nice Kappas.

Upper middle - Top Tier. The only houses that all of us can seem to agree on being top are XO, Pi Phi and Delta. Kappa certainly isn't a house to snub your nose at. They've won Greek Week four years in a row, they compete well in HOCO as well, usually get good pairings, good grades, etc.

The thing is that the girls are either really great or they're horrible. I've met some of the nicest girls ever in Kappa and I've met literal Satan witches in Kappa. People are very hot and cold about them socially but they are considered a good house.
