I would be extremely hesitant to classify a house as having a bad brotherhood because nobody except the members of that house know what it's like.
I would say all of the houses on campus have strong brotherhoods, but they have distinct personalities and bond over different things, so it's just a matter of where you fit in best. So for example
Delt, lxa, fiji, ato, aepi - well-rounded "nice guys"
Delt sig, ka, FH, pike, sig ep, du, phi delt - party houses
Beta, sig chi, phi kapp - wealthy, fratty country club type

There's definitely frats that I prefer to hang out with verses others. Delta Chi, Delt, and Lambda all of good brotherhoods from what I know. Delta Chi is very diverse and they all are very accepting of each other. ALmost every Lambda has played soccer or have mutual friends so they are all pretty close. And I've never had a bad experience at Delta Tau Delta. I also really enjoy hanging out with Sig Pis and Delt Sigs! Take that as you will and good luck to you!
