Good job on getting your recs taken care of. That will help. If you send them to the various recruitment chairs around mid-July, that should be fine. You don't want to start too early, or get them in at the 11th hour. The goal is to have them arrive in time for the decision-makers to get a good look and make any phone calls to the people who wrote them if there are questions.

What she said. I sent mine in a week after recruitment sign-ups began to make sure each chapter had enough time to review my stuff.
