end of year sorority ranks

Theta has done nothing this year and in my opinion is no longer a top house. It might be highly desired by small town girls or those only interested in GPA but it is not well rounded. Chi O, Tri Delt, and Pi Phi stayed consistent and will do well as usual. Kappa and ADPi have been taking a weird mix of girls the last two years so I'm not sure what is in store for them. Alpha Phi is on the rise and so is Zeta if they both can improve on grades and retention. I'm hoping Sigma can show some improvement too.

This is very true! Top houses all stayed the same, only middle house that made improvements was DG. Bottom tier has had a lot of improvements!!

Top five in grades again, raised the most money for their philanthropy out of all fifteen sororities, and they're pretty.
Theta was a top house because they were the "smart, involved" girls. Delta is a top house because they're hot, party girls. Different houses are top for different reasons. Delta has stayed consistent, Theta has not. Why is this hard to understand?

First off, the difference between the house with the best GPA and the house with the worst GPA is minuscule at best, so don't sit here and act like Theta is full of geniuses and Alpha Phi is full of airheads.
Second of all, the only thing Theta ever laid claim to that made them top was because number one in grades and competing well. They aren't known to be very pretty or likable, but we all agreed they were top because they were competition beasts and brainiacs.
This last year Theta has failed to deliver on their claim to fame. Other houses are getting better grades and competing better, while also having prettier girls. Therefore, Theta is falling. It's basic logic.
