This is based on popularity/looks/overall recruitment/sentiment in greektown. Anyone who says gphi isn't in the top is jealous - AND I AM NOT A GPHI. The reality is that HOCO/grades/GW/etc. doesn't really matter, popularity (among campus, among greek life and among frats) does matter. Every house will have smart girls, but not every house is popular.

Mid tier and top tier should be split into 2 because there's just different levels of popularity and overall what a sorority has to offer.
UPPER TOP TIER: Pi phi, Delta, chi o - overall the best houses
LOWER TOP TIER: Kappa, theta, adpi - really really great houses, but aren't as popular/desired as the other three
UPPER MID TIER: APhi, AXO, - APhi has everything but grades, AXO is very well balanced would say a lesser version of adpi or chi o
LOWER MID TIER: DG, GPHI - popular and social, but don't offer much else. However, i do think DG has been improving and is on their way up
