What's everyones opinions of Alpha Phi?

Why the recent preoccupation with Alpha Phi on this website? It's a marginal house at best, with many pretty girls but only average standards. They need to work on their grades and involvement, and the alums need to do some work on the house itself.

With the frats, they all want to be paired with them. The house is very nicely decorated inside. No shame in being in this house and go look at a lot of other colleges, A Phi is always ranked very high, so your friends at other schools will always think wow, you're an A Phi! You'll get respect everywhere.

The Alpha Phi chapter at Mizzou came VERY close to closing not that long ago.

"Fun" house, but that's not a bad thing. Cute girls that like to go out and have a good time. Could be more involved/have better grades, but still a solid house.

Extremely overrated, more bottom tier. Every house has pretty girls, nothing special.
