how did kappa win again

Can somebody please explain to me how the hell kappa won AGAIN?! If anyone should've won it should've been Chi O, kappa didn't even do well in sports.
It seems like something fishy is going on...

tri sig got a first in dogeball & two second places in basketball & volleyball. KKG also lost points for bas sportsmanship so i don't get how that adds up

That's what I'm saying. ^ plus, op is clearly a baby. Everyone knows sports and who wins them is like the least amount of points at all. Spirit is worth almost twice the actual game points and service is worth the most. That's what most people don't seem to understand. When it comes down to it, if you're in a house that thinks sports is all that matters, you're probably gonna lose. Kappa just seems to understand that in order to win, you have to get the most points and fulfill what's gonna get you the most points first then focus on the little stuff.
If kappa deserves to win they should win. Steerco can't just tally up all the points and say well kappa won again but since they've already won three years in a row they aren't allowed to. So second place should win. that's not how it works, you know? So good for them.

They know how to game the system. They know what points matter, which categories are worth the most points and they play to those strengths. You also have to remember that a house that we might think should win could've lost points somewhere (spirit points, philanthropy, etc) and ended up losing because of it.

I know that feeling. Even when my house does really well I see the work other houses do and I get that feeling that we didn't do so hot. I do think the fact that our greek system is so big makes it exciting to go to announcements. You never know for sure and that's exciting.
Anyway, congrats to y'all. A little bummed your house edged us out of any chance for first place my entire four years here but you earned it each and every year :)
