Prob gonna get a lot of hate for this, but are there any houses that are predominantly republican? I know there was a post earlier where someone mentioned to never bring up politics during rush, and I get that, but are there any in general that really do lean right?

Most houses are likely very diverse in political beliefs.

All the kappas I know are very conservative. But then again I don't know all 300 girls in the house

Why in the world would you choose, at age 17 or 18, to be a clone of your parents politically?. If you don't plan to open your mind and consider all kinds of possibilities, don't bother going away to college.

Honestly, the OP has a good point. Like it or not, there are some houses here that we can all admit are more traditional. It's kind of a catch 22 to not be able to talk about politics during rush because for some people, it's really central. Also, it's not fair to assume this girl is just taking on her parents' beliefs. Whether you like it or not, lots of young people are choosing to believe one way or another for themselves; we are becoming a lot more independent every generation. For the record, liberal beliefs can be "inherited" as well.
