what fraternities are cool but not stereotypical?

I will be rushing in the fall and while I really want to join a fraternity, I don't wanna be in a house full of the douchey stereotypical frat guys you see on TV. What are some fraternities with cool down to earth guys but still generally respected on campus?

We were paired with Sig Pi last year and they are great guys. They are still outgoing and fun but they aren't douchey or trying to be frat stars. They're just themselves

the ones that ARE reasonably stereotypical to steer away from if that's not what you want = sig chi, beta theta pi, KA, phi kap, delt. personally i think sig ep, pike, fiji are good bets that aren't overly frat

I would check out Delt, Delta Chi, Sig Pi or Fiji. Can't go wrong there
