by: WonderingWhat advice would you give to girls in high school that are wanting to rush in college??? I would tell them to really concentrate on their grades and to volunteer! If I could go back, I would have tried to get better grades. I think I may have had a better shot at getting into some of my favorite houses at Mizzou if my GPA was higher in high school.

Clean up your social media. You're stupid if you don't. No pictures with glazed over eyes. No pictures with drinks in your hand. And unfriend that person who laces his/her comments with profanities. It's just not cool. Remember, you're being judge by the company you keep.

If you plan to rush in the fall, you had better ignore all the bs you read. It will only hinder you during recruitment. Think for yourself and realize that if you are lucky enough to be chosen by a house, you'll find some great sisters. No matter which house chooses you.
