In order
Top: Tri Delt, Pi Phi, Chi O
Upper Middle: AdPi, Kappa, Gphi, Theta
Middle: Aphi, DG, A Chi O
Lower Middle: KD, Phi Mu, SK

No they don't. Girls want to be in gphi cause they're pretty and kappa because they're fun and have good personalities. There is nothing special about Adpi and no one wants to be in theta all they're good for is grades but that doesn't make them a popular house just because they're smart. I would say DG and Aphi are more poplar and sought after houses than those two.

I wouldn't put ADPi and Theta as upper mid, either. Their return numbers prove they should be in the top tier. They both attract a certain type of girl and the people who choose these houses def. want to be there, whereas Kappa and GPhi are houses made up of girls who didn't get into their first choice.

You know I didn't really feel Chi O going through rush, but after meeting girls in the dorm and continuing to get to know them through greek activities and classes I get why they are consistently listed as top tier. They aren't "hot" girls but they are really fun, and so smart and hilarious. There are some not so pretty or not so thin girls, but those same girls are confident and not an awkard bone in their chubby bodies.

Chi O should not be top, their very weird! They could be replaced by ADPi easily. And G Phi should be middle. Alpha Phi is irrelevant

They belong there just as much as Kappa and GPhi, but for different reasons.
