phi delt reputation

Are they actually that bad here? I'm going to mizzou next year and plan on rushing and I have a few buddies in phi delts that are cool kids and were popular in high school and stuff. Why does nobody even mention them in frat rankings? Are they actually that irrelevant?

I love the Phi Delts. They are getting more involved and have some really fun guys and fun parties!

They have some decent guys, some very nice. Have never been super involved, or throw huge parties. But as the above poster said, they are getting slightly better.

You have to understand that rankings aren't all about how cool/popular they are. Involvement, academics, and athletics are also factors that people consider when ranking fraternities. I personally know a couple guys in Phi Delt and they're cool dudes, always down to have a good time. They have good guys in their house, they just aren't as respected as other houses because they aren't really involved on campus and don't have a big presence in the Greek community.

don't pay any attention to this site. It is people taking cheap shots and spouting stupidity. Go and rush and decide for your self. They are a fine fraternity as are most of the chapters at Mizzou.
