Lookout for Phi Mu: A lot of cute babies, 1st in homecoming, 2nd in RAMS, better grades than Zeta, Sigma Kappa & Alpha Phi, better new member grades better than KD & DG too. Definitely on the rise!

Kinda sad DG had to take so many Spring pledges AGAIN! This house just cannot seem to return to their glory days of the 80's when my Mom was a DG. So many girls drop & there's so much drama it makes me (and my Mom) very sad.

This is just my personal opinion, but it's something I've noticed more recently. The kind of girls DG has been taking and that are having a lot of success are not their old stereotypical wild hot girl from the 2000s. It seems like theres a better balance of fun party girls but also down to earth girls too, and the girls they COB (this year and last year) are actually improving their rep. Obviously they have a lot to come back from after the hazing thing, but it seems like most the girls that go DG then drop are the crazy party girls that no longer fit in there as well as they use to. So it sucks their numbers have taken a hit but they're definitely rebuilding but I've been impressed with out of girls I've met there when all I heard before was rush was how crazy and terrible they were now.

Do you know how many houses COB'd and took a decent amount of girls? COBing is an awesome thing its sad that you're making it sound like some horrible thing and associating it with drama when that has nothing to do with it, girls drop out of all houses for many different reasons. And I agree with the other commenter, everything they said was very true. DG does not COB girls based on whether they are partiers or not, they're bringing in a lot of great girls

I haven't heard that, but probably because this house is slipping fast, and the girls in the chapter aren't generally nice or "sisterly" at all.

Same w/DG. My roommate got a call after more DGs dropped. If you are still looking to go Greek, you may want to talk to friends in DG, Zeta or AChiO.

Not sure with DG, they tend to keep their new members pretty happy. Axo is still COBing so that's why there's still a chance there. And Zeta has spots because apparently girls are dropping. But that happens ever year. Why are people so surprised to hear that? They have terrible retention! Why do you think they're still struggling in bottom tier with all the newer houses, when houses like KD/axo/aphi all moved out of bottom tier years ago? I'm just saying, zeta may put on a good front but there's obviously a reason they're still labeled as bottom tier.
