Yeah but they can't come here expecting to get in a different house. I think the OP meant to say that you're automatically considered for that house if you're in a different chapter that way if they were a Zeta at one school, they wouldn't expect to be a Kappa here.

We take a chapter vote in my house after grades and activities are reviewed also. Ideally we get a chance to meet the person also or at least our exec board does. Same thing for several other houses too. I'm not in one of the houses you listed and know this is how it works in others not listed too.

The above post is incorrect - at least for my house, TriDelt, ADPi, GPhi and Kappa. I know for a FACT the previously mentioned houses vote transfer members in. You have to meet grade & activity requirements, meet w/members of the Mizzou chapter, etc. It is NOT automatic! They do this because some girls are crazy enough to avoid Fall recruitment at MU, join a good house at a University where it's easy to get in (i.e., Missouri State, Illinois State, SEMO, etc.) and then transfer to Mizzou expecting to be welcomed with open arms. That is NOT the case with most strong Mizzou chapters.
