What if you aren't a freshman though when rushing. I dropped out last year and is going for it again this year.

Well you dont need to have a good personality. In fact they couldnt care less about that. Just make sure you wear a lot of make up and gets spray tan before Rush if you want to be a gphi. Not much else about you matters. Don't worry about your grades or reputation. Just the spray tan and smoker voice.

Please don't listen to this person. She's just a hater and probably got snubbed by Gphi during rush or she's just super judgemental and has a stick up her ass.
They are a competitive and desired house during rush. If you are pretty and outgoing you shouldn't have a problem.
However, that said, please go through rush with an open mind. Select the house that's right for you based on where you are most comfortable and connect with the girls the best. That's where you will be happiest in the long run. Don't base your decision on what people think, say or rank a certain house because it may still not be the right fit for you.

If you are a certain "type," it's easy to get a bit. Fake-baked, bleach-blond, a little rough around the edges bordering on crude and not too bright. They put on a decent rush, though, but don't be fooled. That's why they tend to have retention problems and won't ever be a top house. I have heard the alums are starting to step in and expect more from this house, so things might change with the next pledge class.

wooooow you clearly have a stick up your rear end to put other houses down. every house on this campus has negatives and positives to them and theres a different personality to each one and a place for everyone. you clearly put yourself above some others and you need to realize life isn't a sorority or popularity contest and if you've been here sense 1990 i suggest you go to class instead of revolving your college career around greek life
