Gphi has more votes than anyone on here and are last place, which means you self rank more than anyone else or tons of people actually hate you. Either, you are sad.

Ha ha - must have hit a nerve. Worried that people hate you? Wondering why you can't move out of the bottom spot? You can think people are jealous of you if that makes you feel better, but perhaps you're just not really liked or respected.

When I went thru recruitment, the houses who people say are "top" houses were basically attractive, empty shells, who I felt would care more about themselves instead of having a sister's back -so i cut them

The houses who people say are bottom, were awkward or pushy, or tried way too hard - you could tell getting out of the bottom meant more than getting quality girls who would be a good fit, so I cut them.

But, the houses who everyone says are middle (i'm looking at Theta, Sigma, ADPi, Kappa - although I could add Chi O in here - except they're top) were the most real, genuine, classy, and laid back looking for the "right girls" - those were my favorites too.

So my point is maybe these rankings aren't as hosed up as you think - maybe, people actually like the classy, genuine houses better.

I think it depends (as with every house) who you talked to. There's over 200 girls - so it depends who you get on which day and the impression you get from that ONE girl. I really liked sigma - the girls I talked to were really cool and cute and fun and very genuine. I had them til pref day and I almost put them first - I ended up putting them second. I'm not saying you didn't get an awkward girl, because there are awkward girls in every house - I spoke with a girl at a "top house" who was talking about the carbs in an almond - who the hell cares?? Anyway, I know girls who joined sigma also and some of the ones i know my house really wanted, but they wanted Sigma - based on those girls - i think they had a good recruitment. I don't know if they'll COB or not - but irregardless they have done a really good job.

TriSig is called hit and miss for a reason ya dumb freshman. Obviiously one talked to a hit and the other talked to a miss. And take it from someone who actually knows something about recruitment - it was really different this year - all the good girls are in different houses - trisig has some just like everyone else - their recruitment was like their house = hit/miss, but overall pretty decent
