Zeta to the houses that need to get off this website. Obvious much?

You don't know what you're talking about. What are you, a freshman? Maybe a sophomore? It's absolutely unconceivable to put a house like Tri Sig or Zeta in the same tier as Pi Phi.

DDD, Pi Phi, DG, G Phi, Chi O

Mid:
Theta, Kappa, ADPi, A Phi

Bottom:
Tri Sig, KD, Zeta, AXO, Phi Mu

I think she meant to put Zeta on the crazy, self-ranker train with AXO, TriSig & KD. That was my take. But I do agree w/your rankings.

Don't limit the self ranking comments to a few houses. Every house self ranks on this site - it's pretty obvious. As for tiers go, Pi Phi should've been listed in the top tier anyway, not the middle. TriSig was sort of considered middle the last few years or on the cusp of middle. After rush they are for sure middle now. Zeta has the looks for middle, but they used to cause drama. They haven't done that for a long time so I think they could be moving up to the mid. Zeta and Tri Sig have a much more realistic claim than KD or AXO because looks at MU are so important in rankings.

Tri Sig may have had "hundreds" of girls rank them #1, as you claim, but only because there other choices were zeta or phi mu. Lots of girls dropped Tri Sig as soon as they could, but with such huge numbers, there were plenty of leftovers for Tri Sig.

bottom tier:
dg: PRO: motivated to rise again, top half in grades, overall more attractive than other bottom tier houses and some low mid tier houses, social. CONS: struggling chapter, poor relations with other sororities, poor retention, least liked, last picked for competition, extremely catty and feeds off drama, known for lying and manipulating

zeta: PRO: recruits very well, again cuter than bottom tier chapters, social CONS: horrible grades, not well liked, very catty, not popular among other greeks, very uninvolved, poor retention, dramatic

phi mu: PRO: not like the other bottom tier chapters - they are real girls, very sweet and down to earth, not afraid of the stigma of phi mu, great sisterhood CONS: poor grades, poor retention, not successful, "last pick sorority" for recruitment, not very social, not the prettiest girls on campus

top: chi o, delta, theta, pi phi
upper mid: kappa, adpi, aphi
lower mid: sigma, axo, kd
bottom: dg, zeta, phimu

can't be right when you don't even include all the chapters, forget one of the most popular, and put one of the prettiest in the bottom tier. Obviously a KD or AXO, most likely an AXO pulling their antics again.

top: delta, gphi, chio, piphi, adpi

middle: dg, theta, kappa, aphi, tri-sig

bottom: zeta, kd, axo, phimu

the tiers are what they are, whether YOU personally accept it or not (for example, i hate chi o but i ACCEPT they are top tier, and while i think theta is a great house, they are not really qualified as a top tier desired house in all categories), and i think adpi takes theta's spot in top tier (cuter girls, just as successful as theta)

top: delta, gphi, chi o, pi phi, adpi

low: axo (almost mid), kd, zeta, phi mu

I completely agree. Theta was top tier last year, but ADPi has as many accomplishments as Theta and is better looking.
So yes, they deserve top.
