Oh Please is really close. I agree that Theta or ADPi should be top over DG, but otherwise the list is good. Zetas have been much better the last year or so and they are cute. Sigma was such a small chapter that a new pc with 80 members jumps their house way up.
Top-- ChiO, DDD, PiPhi, Theta, ADPi
Middle -- GPhi, DG, Kappa, APhi, TriSig, Zeta
Bottom -- KD, AXO, PhiMu

Zeta has been doing much better lately. They have many fun sweet members, and they have always had a lot of pretty members. Tri sig was always fun, involved, social, and likable, they were not as cute as the other mid houses, but they were a small chapter so I agree with the addition of 80+ pretty new members they've locked in a mid spot. So give credit where credit is due people. ADPi also deserves some recognition. They've always been top in grades, success, and involvement, but were considered mid tier because of looks. Their new pledge class has ADPi vying for a top tier spot. Here's how I think the tiers look now:
Top: DDD, ChiO, PiPhi, GPhi, ADPi
Mid: Theta, Kappa, DG, APhi, TriSig, Zeta
Bottom: KD, AXO, PhiMu

AXO and KD need to get off these websites. They're a litte too obsessed with talking crap on the houses that are better looking (which are all of them) and more social and fun. Sorry you guys are bottom tier. Try recruiting prettier members and quit the complaining.

I agree Zeta has done a complete turn around the past year. Kudos to them. PiPhi is only good during recruitment, then they fall off the face of the earth and their members are hit/miss like the rest of mid tier.
Top: DDD - GPhi - DG - ChiO
Middle: Pi Phi - AdPi - Theta - Kappa - APhi - TriSig - Zeta
Bottom: KD - AXO - PhiMu
Simple as that.
