I pretty much agree with Opinion. I might switch one or two. To 'mad but' what campus are you on? Tri-Sig has passed kd axo and zeta. That's not a huge surprise. Tiers are like this--

Kappa keeps showing up as a mid tier. That's a far cry from my era when Theta, Kappa, PiPhi were the top 3 houses. Why is it mid tier?

Someone please explain to me -- seriously -- why TriSig is mid tier. I am confused. It's just about looks, right? or involvement, or grades, or classiness, or a retention rate or what? I am confused why people are claiming that TiSig is mid tier. It seems to me that it doesn't matter about anything but looks on this campus when it comes to "rankings", so WTF? I never see these girls out, they never win anything, and how are their grades? I'm just asking.

It is mostly about looks on our campus unless a house really stands out in multiple other categories. Example, Theta is a mid-tier looking house, but because of their grades, success, and involvement, people see them as top. Otherwise, most ranking are based overall on looks. Tri sig is benefitting from that now and being considered middle after recruitment. APhi and GPhi have benefitted for years. Neither have strong grades, involvement, or success but are thought of as top and upper mid houses. I wish it were different, but it's like anything else. Looks and fun win out over hard work and accomplishment.

Thanks for that last comment a phi! Upper mid? Are you kidding me? Conparing yourselves to g phi is a joke. You guys are lower mid. At very best. And saying you're attractive? Haha some of you are, but the majority? WOOF

Like it or not APhi is known as one of the better looking chapters. Their involvement nd grades are the only thing holding them back from top tier. So unfortunately, "Unfortunately" is absolutely correct. Looks play the biggest role in rankings. One really good recruitment or one really bad recruitment can drastically change tiers. So in May a ranking could be one way, and by September it can be completely different. Granted some houses like CHIO need more than one bad recruitment to fall, but houses like DG that have already had a bad recruitment will drop when they have another bad one. The same with houses that were teetering between tiers before. If Kappa would have had another great recruitment, they would have jumped to top. But instead it was ADPis turn, & ppl are considering them top tier now. Same with Sigma, their great recruitment changed how they're perceived and has jumped them to mid. An average rush won't help or hurt a house, but a bad one or great one will!

All I know is, Tri-Sigma is definitely not mid-tier.

Most of our chapters are actually very similiar, definitely more similar than different. The small differences are what make up the tiers. and I agree looks seem to be the biggest factor.
