you can't put gphi top without glancing at kappa. kappa's more well rounded, gphi still has a lot to work to do on those grades

no house had a bad pc, most of it's lies from other insecure sororities to make people believe they did bad so it makes their own house look better. don't believe what you read, find out for yourself.

Everyone had at least a decent recruitment and got at least an ok pledge class. But some chapters had unbelievable recruitments and got great pledge classes. Things will definitely shift some this year. Tiers will remain pretty similar, but the placement in the tiers will be different.

From what I've actually SEEN or from what I've heard (reliable sources):

Chi O
PiPhi
GPhi
Theta
DG

MIDDLE TIER is
ADPi
Kappa
TriSig
AlphaPhi

BOTTOM TIER is
KD
Alpha Chi
PHi Mu
Zeta

V that's debatable. we have so many strong houses here and the majority of the houses fall into mid tier, which is why upper/lower mid tier was developed. there's really only 3 top / 3 bottom houses here because they stand out significantly from the rest. mid tier is all mush. I'd say the majority of greeks who have been here and on the otherside of recruitment would place mid tier like this:

Upper mid:
pi phi
kappa
adpi
gphi

lower mid:
aphi
dg
sigma
axo

even the diff between these two tiers is significant. bottom mid tier sigma and axo don't compare to upper kappa or adpi, but they're still better than the 3 bottom houses here.

really the only top 3 houses that are strong enough and well rounded to claim top tier are delta, chi o and theta.

V that's what most mature greeks would say. the insecure ones will tell you otherwise, trying to push houses down to better their own. sigh, if they could only get their heads out of their a.sses to see that our community is more similar than different!
