yes i agree, top houses are insecure because they probably feel the need to constantly impress, middle tiers are insecure because they're known as just being average even though they think they're more, and lower tiers are insecure because although they love their house they feel as though they don't get as much recognition as they should. but yes, tiers exist and we all know them, whether we personally agree with them or not.

top tier---
g phi, tri delt, pi phi, chi o, dg.

middle tier---
a phi, theta, kappa, adpi, tri sig.

lower tier---
zta, kd, axo, phi mu.

The tiers are an illusion, created by girls desperate to be popular. They think if they say they're the "top tier" over and over, then everyone will just accept it as truth. Apparently people just aren't accepting it, and look how defensive the "top houses" are getting!

no the tiers exist whether we want them to or not. the people who are actually insecure about their houses are the ones ranking the "top" houses all 1s to bring them down on this ranking site while giving themselves all 5s to create this illusion of themselves. i'm sorry but be happy with what tier you're in. yes, they do exist but just be happy where you are and accept it.

i agree with sooooo messed up. this is so out of order, i can't stop laughing! all the middle houses that keep wishing they'd be top tier are all ranked at the top because they're giving themselves all 5s, and then all the actual top house are at the bottom because these middle tier houses are ranking them all 1s. hilarious! ladies ladies, you're not fooling anyone by ranking yourselves high on this website. you're still middle tier houses, in fact you look even worse now that you show you have no lives by thriving off of this website!

chi o, g phi, tri delt, pi phi, dg.

middle tier houses (average, respected...well until they started going psycho on these websites)
a phi, theta, kappa, tri sig, adpi.

these rankings are false. and i agree with the other comments below me, ranking houses in numerical order is stupid because it can be switched around. it is all about tiers.

top tier --> delta delta delta, gamma phi beta, pi beta phi, chi omega, delta gamma.

middle tier --> alpha phi, kappa alpha theta, kappa kappa gamma, alpha delta pi, sigma sigma sigma

lower tier --> zeta tau alpha, kappa delta, alpha chi omega, phi mu

yes I agree there are mistakes on this site, I think everyone can agree there is not only 3 tiers, but there are houses in between the tiers. from this years pledge classes, the houses have certainly changed in the "ranking":

top: tri delt, gphi, pi phi, chi o

in b/w top and mid: DG, Aphi

MId: kappa, adpi, theta

in b/w mid and low: tri sig, kd, axo

low: zta, phi mu

I kind of agree, but why not make up 14 tiers then?? Top, Top/middle, Middle, Middle/Bottom, Bottom = its a little too much and still has room for arguing.

TOP --
Gphi, DDD, Pi Phi, Chi O, and DG (yes, DG is on the verge of dropping, but they are still in the top - bottom of the top)

MIDDLE--
A Phi (yes, APhi could rise, but they have to get more cute girls than just their sophs, plus get more involved, and raise their GPA)
Kappa, Theta, ADPi, Sigma (Sigma is only on the verge because they are still new, but they def fit in the middle)

BOTTOM--
KD (yes, top of the bottom - have been there for years and still there) and AXO (yes, have improved, but not enough) KD & AXO are both top of the bottom - tied
Zeta
Phi Mu

kinda weird to see g phi on the bottom - I always thought they preferred to be on top
