greektown decides. Also, return rate % decides. Chapters that consistently for the last 4-5 years who get the best girls are the top houses. It sucks but looks play a major role. I know some middle tier houses that can't stand that and think winning, grades, success, and hard work should account for more than looks, but we are in college - so unfortunately, it doesn't. The tiers are what they are. Argue all you want, but its how everyone for the most part see it (except for the middle tiers who think they should be top and the bottom tiers who think they should be middle)

As stated, but one more time for the record and in no particular order:

TIER ONE--
Gphi, DDD, PiPhi, ChiO, DG

TIER TWO--
APhi, Theta, Kappa,TriSig, ADPi

TIER THREE--
KD, Zeta, Alpha CHI, Phi Mu

too bad the tiers are correct still....it takes many years for houses to go downhill (dg, who people claim sucks but it's still a good house because their upperclassmen are still awesome). yes, all houses get a good number of great, pretty, fun girls but the top tier houses are the ones with the most attractive, most social, and smart girls.

tri delt, g phi, chi o, pi phi, dg.

Mizzou Greek Life posts a list every semester ranking every sorority and fraternity according to grades. Where do they post the lists ranking all the groups according to how attractive and social they are?

I think that's why people put houses in tiers - because when you say "in that order" that's where people have a problem.

GPhi could be in front of Tri delt - either or would work - depending on personal pref.
Kappa could be in front of adpi or theta- tri sig is also around the kappa/adpi area again either works, personal pref apply

blah, blah blah

listing 1-14 leaves too much room for error

top-
GPhi, Tri Delta, Pi Phi, DG, Chi O

middle-
Alpha Phi, Kappa, Theta, Trisig, ADPi

bottom-
Zeta, KD, Alpha Chi, PhiMu

omg i just came on this site for the first time and seriously just peed my pants laughing. this is the biggest JOKE i have ever seen! are you people serious? do you really think that these rankings of the lower houses on top are really going to make a difference on campus? you're right now that i've seen that adpi is number 2 i'm totally believe that they're the number 2 house! how did i not know this before? man thank god for this site!

THE REAL TOP TIERS:
tri delta, g phi, pi phi, chi o, dg.

THE REAL MID TIERS:
a phi, theta, kappa, adpi, tri sig.

THE REAL LOW TIERS:
zeta, kd, axo, phi mu.

Why do people get so worked up over "rank" and "tiers" anyway? Of course you think your house is the best - that's the way you're supposed to feel - it's called loyalty. However, bashing other houses is not the way to feel better about yours. That's called insecurity, and it's not attractive.
