These houses are always wanted during recruitment, and are most popular all around. They're all up there for their own reasons, whether people can learn to accept it or not.

tri delt and g phi aren't considered by most to be top tier either - too many scandals, sloppy drunk girls, bad rep

This is how it is for most of greektown - But do I care? No! I'm a junior -in a bottom tier house, I love my chapter so I really don't care what tier people think it's in, and I have no problem listing it where people see it because in reality it's the best house for me. And all or our chapters are amazing - no matter the tier.

MID: Pi Phi, Kappa, APhi, ADPi, Tri Sig, AXO.

Obviously g phi is desparately patrolling this website to make sure nobody says they're middle tier (which they are). The moment someone says otherwise, there's a barrage of posts about how "everyone" knows that they are a top house, and when someone ranks them accurately (mostly 3's), then a ton of self-ranking immediately follows. Girls, you are middle-tier because of average grades, below-average involvement, below-average reputation, etc.

to the poster below me, do you have a stick up your ass or something? i can honestly go on here and say positive things about EVERY house, and i do feel bad for gphi because they don't get the recognition they deserve because of their reputation. their grades are subpar/average, yes, but they're nice girls who not only do well in athletics, but they're actually really involved on campus.

same with dg, people need to back off of them too. i'm honestly confused as to why people say they aren't top tier. what makes them otherwise? they're a sought after house during recruitment, have strong grades, strong athletics, and pretty girls who are a lot of fun. what's wrong about that? you're really gonna put houses like dg or gphi down in the middle with houses like axo and tri sig? i don't think so.
