Although I agree some with the below poster- Theta just moved to the top this year
APhi has been steadily moving up
TriSig continuously gaining momentum
AXO made serious improvements 1 to 2 more years - they might get out of the bottom

Stereotypes are made about houses based on years of behavior and also out of jealousy. So if a house is considered sl.ut.ty - its because of years of girls acting slu.tt.y or people assuming they're sl.ut.ty because they're hot. So yes, every house has a sterotype - some are pretty accurate - some are old and have been outdated for years. The only exception is tri sigma - no stereotype yet. Although people try to impose one on them ranging from: slu.t.ty, wannabes, egomaniacs, hit/miss, diverse, but its too soon to tell)

lots of attention on some houses lately (sigma, axo, dg, chi o). a lot of negative that is. it's sad when negative attention is actually flattering to a house. all the bad hype just shows how people can't get enough of picking on houses who are striving to be better.

Wow is right - if all of a sudden a house who before had 3,4, and 5s starts getting a bunch of bad comments and all 1's or 2' its because other houses are threatened. So I guess putting certain houses down on a website makes them feel better?? Weird, I know.

Just make your own judgement - that's all.

"geez" is right - and its a shame it has to be repeated over and over again. But the top, middle, and bottom is what it is - and writing different on a website doesn't change the truth. So one more time for the record - This is how it is, everyone knows it, freshman will know it in the fall - no amount of mixing it up will make anything else true:

um gphi and pi phi are not top. unless your a believer that tri sig and axo are mid tier then your list must look like this

theta, chi o, ddd

bottom
kd, zta, phi mu

which is what most people in greektown believe. personally i think axo is still bottom, even though they'll on the verge of bumping up. and pi phi is top, while gphi is on the verge moving back up to the top. one more year and i think it will happen.

Dear Freshman -
Please quit trying to skew rankings for your own benefit. I'm sorry you don't like your house. I'm sorry you are insecure to worry about where your house stands. But as "geez" and "gotit?" as well as pretty much everyone else, who is secure with where their house fits, has stated the tiers are what they are. They might change a little after recruitment but this is how they are:

top houses:
ddd, gphib, theta, chi o, pi phi.

bottom houses:
axo, zeta, phi mu, kd.

everyone else is solid in the middle (kappa, adpi, aphi, sigma, and dg)

Seriously, whoever has enough time to go onto EVERY houses rankings 5-15 times the last 2 days (4/14 & 4/15) seriously, needs to get a life. And acting like guys over and over again putting down false rankings is just stupid and transparent. Honestly, the few houses that did receive all 5's really look bad now in my opinion. How desperate are you??
