So glad you didn't list ADPi as Top Tier. I would agree w/Chi O, Pi Phi, TriDelt, GPhi & Kappa. DG will move up if they can clear up all of their problems. But the fact that ADPi keeps moving themselves up to #1 on this list is a joke!

Another way of grouping is similar houses: (not necessary a tier). This is based on stereotypes. All the houses are so large, everyone in the house is not exactly in each category... for obvious reasons. However, it seems this the general rule:

Fun, popular, party girl. (Although there are many in these houses that are also smart)They also seem to rush cliques from high schools.:
Gphi, Delta, DG, Alpha Phi

Highly competitive and focus on rushing girls that are strong in academics and leadership. (However many girls are also very pretty too):
ADPi, ChiO, Theta, Kappa

Girl next door vibe. Very Diverse group which will appeal to a variety of girls.

PiPhi, KD, AXO, Zeta, Phi Mu and Sigma

All houses are good, and in fact many are very similar. Because of legacies and what qualities a house may be looking for a certain year, all the houses begin to look more and more similar.
It is so much better to be greek than non greek at Mizzou. Regardless of what feels like home for you.

Well stated! : ) The comments below are probably the most accurate & positive I've seen on this site in a very long time! Again, w/300 girls in houses, you'll find smart girls, party girls, athletes, bookworms, blondes, brunettes, city girls, small town girls, etc., etc. in EVERY sorority! : )

I could not complete my rush application bc the screen kept kicking me out to start over. I called the office prior to 11:59 indicating the problem. Does anyone know if they will work with me? HELP!!!!

I am an incoming freshmen, and I have to say that I came up to homecoming last year and came to Mizzou believing I would be able to tell the "good" houses from the "bad" houses. Imagine my surprise when I saw girls in "low tier" house letters who were absolutely gorgeous talking and socializing with tons of people, including hot guys and cute girls in "top" house letters. Just as often I saw average looking or overweight girls in "top" house letters standing shyly and quietly to the side looking nervous and anti-social. Changed my opinion on alot of things and woke me up to the lies on this site. I just thought I should share my experience, and any house I feel a connection with and a cool vibe with will be the house I want to join. Because I really feel like all this "tier" stuff is nonsense purpetrated by insecure girls who base their self esteem on where letters are ranked.
