Needs to quit giving bad advice to PNMs! I also cut 2 of her supposed "Top Tier" houses & prayed I got a bid from a house SHE considers "2nd Choice!" One persons idea of "top" is not anothers. And to infer that the large group of awesome sororities she grouped as "2nd choices" is inaccurate not to mention RUDE!

who hazes? I'm a PNM and I can take some fun bonding and everything (scavenger hunts, kidnapping to do fun stuff), but I don't want to join a house where my big is going to circle my problem areas or make me sleep with guys!

the only house that has had problems with hazing is DG. they got into a lot of trouble for it this past school year. i guess we'll find out this year if they've changed for good.

BUT you should not discount DG because they are a good chapter and have been dealing with the internal issue all year. It definitely will not be a problem with nationals watching them this year. Also, AXO does not bash everyone. And Phi Mu and SSS have wonderful, cute girls just like everyone else. Love, Panhellenic

what sororities are the most laid back? i really want to find a house full of awesome girls without a lot of drama!

laid back houses:

would consider aphi (they don't have mandatory events or meetings), axo (just their vibe), and chi o (personality wise), sigma (also from their vibe)

high strung:
theta (strive for excellence)
KD (hardwork and no play)
ADPi (really into competition)


BUT you will find a mix in ALL of our chapters! :)

also I wanted to point out that some of those "high strung" chapters were my favorites through rush, I'm not "bashing them" I just know they like to produce their best work in everything they do! and the "laid back" chapters are still involved in their own way! chi o, wins competitions all the time, axo places a lot, aphi has a ton of golden girls, and sigma always gives their best :)

MID: adpi, gphi, theta, aphi, dg

BOTTOM: axo, kd, zeta, phi mu, sigma
