PI PHI - out of NOWHERE to the number one spot! GREAT job girls! looks like axo and gphi moved up but other than that houses typically stayed the same. good job to everyone!

Compared to other campuses with huge greek systems, Mizzou sororities have really high GPA's. At many other schools, the chapter with the highest GPA is somewhere in the 3.2 range - in other words, we rock!

Do you really spend your first semester with the same fraternity? Don't you meet a bunch of different people? I know I did. If you have a bad pairing, it doesn't matter because you spend time with a bunch of different houses.

honestly, wow. this shows how amazing every sorority at mizzou is...every chapter placed above a 3.0. everyone should be proud!!

Could you please name the schools. I know that a lot of the big schools grades have not even been posted yet. Im just wondering were you get your information. You should really have something to sustanciate it if you are going to make comments like that.

Has anyone gotten into a sorority without a 3.0? Like will you absolutely get cut if you don't have one?

Grades are becoming more and more important. Some houses have national standards that have to cut at a certain Gpa. Also Houses with large comeback rates need to cut somewhere and grads are an easy one. It is hard to say if you can get in a house with a 3.0. It is possible if you stand out (in a good way ) in other areas. Also if you have excellent recs and know people in a particular house. All houses at Mizzou are good. Don't use this website to decide about houses. It is full of catty self rankers or jealous girls that have a personal vendetta against a particular house. Good luck.

My house is considered either upper mid tier or top tier, depending on who you ask. our grade cut is a 3.2, and we very, very rarely keep girls with below that grade point average. i think we saved one girl last year from being cut, but that's because she was an amazing girl who was super involved in everything in high school. you will get into a sorority with lower than a 3.0, just not necessarily a "top" one. and that's okay! every sorority is good in its own way! just show off your personality and be yourself, and you'll find somewhere you'll fit in.

Over half the sorority grades this spring were better than than the best Fraternity grades which was Beta. Good job girls!! And the top 3 sororities had a 3.4 average! That is amazing! Yes grades are becoming more and more important during recruitment.
