Lower: Delt Sig, Fiji, Phi delt

I hate tiers! And it is Just ltalked about on this website.. I honestly don't know why PiPhi is considered top, but that is just one opinion. Everyone has different opinions on tiers so lets just leave it alone! It doesn't matter!

PNMs going through recruitment this fall shouldn't base their decisions off gossip from this site. Instead, it should be about personalities and different strengths.
