What do you suggest if you don't meet the grade requirements but still want to rush? Should I just wait and not rush at all freshman year?

If you would be heartbroken if you got cut from recruitment because of your GPA, then don't rush all together... but if you reallyyy want to give it a try, go ahead! it can be harder to rush as a sophomore, but as long as you have a good freshman year GPA, you can still get a bid!

I would strongly encourage everyone interested in rush to go through formal recruitment, keep an open mind and ignore this site. Every house has amazing girls (the smartest girls, most popular girls, cheerleaders, honor society members from various high schools -EVERY house). If for some reason you get cut by all houses, work hard first semester and COB if you have the chance. People may say on here only this house or that house COBs, and make it sound like a bad thing - but the fact is many houses do COB for various reasons every yr. If that doesn't pan out, THEN and only THEN try to rush your sophomore year.
1. For sophomores recruitment is more difficult - it's just a fact. Can it work? yes, but more often than not girls are disappointed. and 2. most importantly your freshman year homecoming/greekweek and a pledge class with the members of the same age who you will share a house with the next year and apartments with the following years is important - very important.

The comments made on this website are either self rankers.. Which someone is proud of their house and wants everyone to feel sme way. OR Haters.., someone trying discredit a house probably because they were cut by them, or psychos who just want to be mean. It is actually very comical to read.

If you a curious who is on this website the most just look at whch houses have the most ranks. It is obvious who is on here the most!

Having been a student at Mizzou for 3 years and a PanHell member for 2, this is what I know. There are houses that are obsessed with their rankings whose members take every opportunity imaginable to build their own house up and put down others. These houses are full of immature women who have little or no sense of self and who get off on making others look bad. Then there are houses made up of secure women who know who they are and what they want to be. If I were about to go through rush, I would totally disregard the negative comments because they come from women you probably wouldn't respect anyway. I also would totally disregard the positive comments and rankings because they come from shallow women who are obsessed with such things instead of filling their days with worthwhile activities (or jobs). I can tell you that the most secure women belong generally belong to houses that do extremely well in recruitment each and every year. They are Chi O, Pi Phi, Theta and ADPi. These are the houses with the highest return rates and they have their choices of girls. I would say all of the rest of the houses have many wonderful members and sisterhoods that are almost as strong. The reality is that sisterhood is what you make it and you can find great and lasting friends in any house. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Just ignore the rankings and decide for yourself instead of taking the word of someone who is insecure and petty.

Does not have high return rates like you think, they were passed by a couple "bottom tier" houses in the past few years. I'm on panhel so you can take my word for it. Pi phis returns are towards the bottom of mid tier. Don't ask me why, I think this is a great top tier house.

what is the purpose of this site then? you rank your house 5's and its "pathetic" and you rip on girls that use this to judge other houses. please tell me what this site was designed for other than instigating catty behavior.
