I can. DG is NOT top tier, and GPhi is sinking fast into mid tier. As for mid tier goes I could arguably see achio moving there. Stil don't know what to think of tri sig...seeing them in mid tier seems a little too gracious.

I assume you're a freshman cause you have the tram.piest/sl.ut.t.iest houses as "top" - Give it a couple years and this is how it really is (yeah - I'm arguing and I'm right)

Everyone has differing opinions on what makes a house a "top" house, and lots of arguing back and forth doesn't change anyone's mind. So it seems to me that the only houses who have COMPLETE agreement are as follows:

Top-
Theta and Chi O

Bottom-
KD, Zeta and Phi Mu

Everyone else falls in the middle - end of discussion
