I'd say if you have above a 3.3-3.4 you should be solid. some houses will keep you with above a 2.8, but most will cut you.

chio poster-- you should worry more about where you fit in with sororities opposed to what your pairing is (although that will be important), it's a four year commitment, not just the homecoming semester.. a sorority is about your sisters, not boys.

All chapters at Mizzou have something different to offer.

You should be proud to be a Greek at Mizzou as our Greek System is highly competitive.

Homecoming pairings for the fall shouldn't affect rush AT ALL. It seriously matters so little in the long run, girls. Just go through rush and see where you fit in. Simple as that,

To all of the girls who are considering rush for Fall 2012, I would honestly ignore everything you see on this site. Every chapter at this campus has it's strengths and weaknesses. Some are great in grades, involvement, and other things. Give every house a chance, and trust the system. You are going to end up where you belong. You can't get a feel for how amazing a house is based on this website so all we ask is that you go into rush with an open mind and don't strive for a specific house and rule any out, because you never know, you might fall in love with a chapter you didn't expect. Don't "be wary" of any houses, because even the houses people are ranking as bottom tier have great things about them! ENJOY MIZZOU AND HAVE FUN RUSHING.

I would stop concentrating on who Chi O's pairing is, because regardless of your legacy status, you really don't know what house you'll like the best or where you'll end up, this process and system is unlike anything you've ever experienced before or will again.. keep an open mind, don't just go where your sister puts you. You might end up fitting in better in a different house that you didn't expect.

I feel like the chi o girl is an aepi wondering if chi o wants to be with them. They picked you so yea they want to be with you. Stop being so insecure.

There will not be an opportunity next year other than formal rushing in the fall unless you choose to continuous open bid and join sigma kappa after recruitment. Those are your only options. So stick through recruitment and find a house that you will eventually or immediately fall in love with. All mizzou houses are great no matter what the "stereotype." (which generally are false anyways) have fun, good luck, and enjoy meeting your future best friends in college!! Go mizzou! Go Greek!

That's what they said when sss came here but cob was open to all houses after SSS made quota. I suspect that sss will still be able to cob despite sk coming on campus, but only because theyre under quota and have been struggling with retention.

I sincerely hope girls go through recruitment and pick houses based on where they fit in and not this website so that they can enjoy college and the girls they will be surrounding themselves with. Good luck ladies! Make good choices based on YOU and only you!
