Bottom 3:

DG, Zeta, Phi Mu

DG is NOT bottom three. hot mess this year, yes, but they aren't on the same level as bottom tier. they still have some things going for them.

bottom three easily is zeta (but only barely now! they are working their way back up!) then Sigma (retention and PR issues) and then phi mu.

together these houses have the worst grades and worst retention. and retention plays a HUGE factor into popularity during rush, and popularity with fraternities.

as much as people don't like DG, you can't put them bottom three. they can work through their issues (sigma, zeta, phimu), the bottom tier houses can't, and that's why they're bottom tier.

DG, despite their problems of the past two years, is NOT bottom tier. I would even argue with the poster "Truth" below that DG is above AXO, and possibly even KD. I think they have the largest potential to come roaring back to top tier, and let's face it, AXO and KD never were.

haha you "possibily" think DG is ranked over KD? DG is 100% ranked over KD! KD is at best the LAST house to fit into the mid tier category.

ADpi is not a popular house! Not sure who keeps putting them top tier!! Woof woof

Is this site so messed up? Dg ranked last? No! They're mid tier! And sigma above axo and zeta? Who are you trying to fool? And theta in top three? Yeah right, you got bumped to mid tier when adpi snuck up behind you. And delta ranked mid? Ha. That's a joke.

This site is so messed up because obsessed bottom tier houses get on here and self rank themselves and low rank others in the desperate bid to look better. Mid tier houses do it to fight back from the crazies in the bottom attacking them and a desperate attempt to look top tier. Top tier houses do it just to be b!t@h$ -- because they CAN. It's a blood sport. If you can't take it, don't click.
