Actually, GPhis 08 class still has over half their members, I live with 8 GPhis on east campus.

I also live with a Chi-O, who dropped first semester senior year because she hates the house now. This year was bad for them, so many babies dropped out, and their retention rate was awful.

Not trying to hateful but I'm just being honest. Nobody should just start rumors without actually having information (or friends in those houses) to back it up.

Poster "no" is correct. I can vouche for her because my best friend was a gphi and dropped out her senior year bc so many other girls did. They don't have an annex or anything and most of thm live off campus with each other. They just don't see the point to go to campus from chapter or other mandatory events, bc they have all their friends with them already. The sisterhood bond is just not strong between the pcs. It's why gphi has chosen to quietly cob a couple times in past years. It's not rocket science, just facts.

Every house loses seniors, but clearly G-phi hasn't lost a lot because they haven't had to COB in two years. And stop saying things about Chi-o, they may have lost babies but they still have a lot of members too and I don't think they had to COB this year. DG on the other hand...

Dg isn't top tier and they haven't been in years so that's irrelevant. Dg is low mid tier if not bottom tier (only bottom tier houses cob). And when gphi did cob they weren't top either.

adpi, dg, alpha phi, theta.

the rest suck.

Replace theta with gphi and take dg off completely and that's dead accurate

i don't consider theta top. their wins in anything are solely because of their nationals and alumna. everyone hates them (whether it's based on jealousy or not). but i feel like they're just not that spectacular anymore.
