How old are you idiots? Noone and no house would be this transparent. Blantant set up if I've ever seen one. Are you all really falling for this? Entertaining for sure, but also ridiculous.

The truth is, as much as we hate to admit it, beauty sells. There are two different rankings on campus:
LOOKS-
TOP: KKG, Pi Phi, DG, Tri Delt, G phi
MID: Theta (there's a mix), Chi O (last pledge class is questionable), ADPi, APhi, Zeta
LOWER: Tri-Sig, KD, AXO, Phi Mu

Now for the real rankings:
TOP:
PiPhi/Kappa
TriDelt/Gphi
ChiO/Theta
DG(skimming between top and mid)
MID:
ADPi/APhi
Zeta/KD
LOWER:
Tri-Sig (Moving up, probably mid by now)
Phi Mu.

This is just the truth. Not meaning to hurt anyone, or be a hater. In anyone's eyes, these are the rankings. As much as everyone wants to believe that their house is the best (which I fully believe in, I love my house too), this is how it is. No bashing.

Give it a rest already - everyone knows dg is not where near top or even solid mid anymore. Don't even get me started with the zeta crap you're trying to pull.

Any upper classman whose been here long enough sees this and rarely any variation:

Top: chi o, delta, pi phi, adpi
Upper mid: theta, kappa, gphi, aphi
Lower mid: dg, axo, kd
Bottom: sigma, zeta, phi mu

oh the adpi poster that lives on here constantly putting ADpi in the top. Reality check - your house isn't attractive enough. And I know Sigma has made people mad, but they are ahead of KD and AXO. Keep in mind, GPhi also is considered top by most people, especially frats.

Top-DDD, GPhi, ChiO, PiPhi

Mid- Kappa, Theta, ADPi, DG, APhi, TriSig

Bottom-Zeta, KD, AXO, PhiMU

gphi is not elite enough to be top. they are not as well rounded as delta, chi o, or pi phi. that's why they're solid mid tier under theta and kappa.
adpi moved to top tier by default this year because theta moved down, otherwise there would be a hole in top tier. and frankly, adpi is well rounded enough to be top - they have the grades, the involvement, the looks, and the popularity. sorry you don't agree.
sigma has improved, but just like the gphi thing - they don't offer as much as AXO and KD. honestly in my opinion I wouldn't rank KD over sigma, but that's just general consensus. sigma isn't as smart, involved, or holds their retention like the other two.

Completely agree with "give me a break". The fact is -
is that certain houses will literally look for any excuse to move a house from a tier and it's stupid. I'm finishing up my senior year, and for the most part, tiers have not changed that much since 4 years ago, contrary to what all these freshmen try to say. My freshman year the tiers were:

Top: DDD, DG, GPhi, ChiO,Pi Phi (and that's still pretty accurate)

Mid tier: Kappa, Theta, ADPi and APhi (TriSig was just started that year, but now I'd say they fit here)

Bottom Tier: Zeta (was considered the "up and coming" house then), KD, and AXO and Phi Mu were the bottom two.

If you are being honest, it really hasn't changed that much.

When I rushed:
Top: chi o, delta, dg, gphi
Middle: pi phi, theta, adpi, kappa,
Bottom: aphi, zeta, kd, axo, phi mu

When I graduated:
Top: chi o, theta, delta, pi phi
Mid: kappa, dg, adpi, gphi, aphi, axo
Bottom: kd, sigma, phi mu, zeta

Now? It's always a debate but most people say:
Top: chi o, delta, pi phi
Mid: theta, kappa, adpi, aphi, dg
Bottom: axo, kd, zeta, sigma, phi mu

Some people place dg higher or lower, depends no you know in the house

I am in a top house (pretty much agreed on by most), and I agree things haven't changed that much in the past few years, but everyone I know sees the tiers like this:

Sorry to tell you this, but not everyone agrees with you. I am sure you meant pretty much "everyone I (sic) know sees the tiers like this" but what you meant was everyone you know in the TriSig house, right? Nice try.

"all in all" is living in the past: dg top? Not to mention retarded claims like sigma and zeta in mid tier. I don't know a soul who would agree to that, they're both bottom 3 houses.
