choosing the pledges

For top tier sororities, (I'm interested in Pi Phi, Gamma Phi, and Tri Delt,) how do they select? What are some things they judge you on and select you by?

Just be yourself, not everyone is cut out for the top tier. Oh by the way,
Gamma Phi is not in the top.

They have grade cuts at the beginning of recruitment but after that it's all about being yourself and deciding which houses appealed to you more. It's almost as if the houses choose you and then you choose from the ones that want you.

It doesn't really matter what houses YOU are interested in. It matters if they are interested in you. And at least for TriDelt and PiPhi, you REALLY have to have something special to offer.
