What houses would you guys say are not too stuck up, have great brotherhood, enjoy themselves, are active on campus, have a decent/nice house, and are liked the rest of campus?

i think pike or sig ep meets most of these. definitely fiji also, but their current house is pretty bad. luckily they are getting a new one next year
