sorority ranking?
by: KKI don't go to Mizzou, so just wondering, what are the rankings there? And the sorority stereotypes?

well, now that grades and house size have been posted, homecoming and recruitment is all said and done, this list (give or take a few based on opinions) is most accurate:
TOP:
1. Pi Phi (2nd in grades, 2nd biggest house, 5th overall in homecoming)
2. Chi O (3rd in grades, 3rd biggest house, 2nd overall in homecoming)
3. Delta (5th in grades, most social/attractive house)
4. Kappa (4th biggest house)
5. ADPi (4th in homecoming, 4th in grades, 5th biggest house)
MIDDLE:
6. Theta (1st in grades, very involved)
7. AXO (6th biggest house, well rounded, average in everything, not bad at anything, but better than the following houses in terms of grades and house size)
8. DG (improved in grades and retention)
9. GPhi (huge improvement in grades and retention, but scandals this year bump them down under DG)
10. APhi (social attractive house that could've been top of the list, but they aren't involved, ranked 13th in grades, and 11th in house size)
11. KD (least attractive PC this year puts them at the bottom of the middle tier, however, they took 7th in grades, 9th in house size, and 3rd overall in homecoming. this placement is debatable given facts, but looks typically carry more weight in rankings, sorry)
BOTTOM:
12. Phi Mu (1st in homecoming, 11th in grades which is a huge improvement)
13. SK (no problems getting members to join, still may be too early to tell)
14. Zeta (12th in grades, bottom 3 in house size tells me there's still retention issues)
15. Sigma

This person is smart guys. They stick dg and gphi in top tier to have all the up tight people freak out to distract from zta creeping into middle tier. This is a smart one. Zta is nowhere close to middle, stupid and small and snarky. I mean dg and gphi aren't top but at least decently popular.

Yeah anytime you see zeta in a tier that isn't bottom, you automatically know it's a zeta posting. I don't know anyone, and I do mean ANYONE, that would rank zeta more than bottom 3. Grades and retention are posted. Stop lying, we can see you're struggling. Thanks.

Anyone who ranks the sleazequeen fakebaking Gamma Phis that high must BE high. And did you notice they couldn't find anything nice to say about Kappa except that they have a lot of members? Note to "Facts are Facts," quantity is not quality. And if you use that logic, why isn't SK No. 1????? I would move Theta higher, Kappa lower and Gphi way down, the way they like it.

this is actually the most educated and open minded list I've seen and I wholeheartedly agree with it. Top and bottom houses are easy to identify, it's the middle tier that's very opinionated. depends on what you value most. to some - theta, kd, and axo would be the top of middle, to others it's dg,gphi, aphi. This list looks at the chapters as a whole, not just who is smartest or who is the prettiest!

So funny you talk scandals yet put Theta who has had several girls pushed to Alumni because they are expecting, and look at their numbers. They have dropped a significant amount of girls because they didn't like the house. I'm thinking Theta is the one who needs to moved down the ranks.

at least two Thetas who are "with child." So, maybe "a couple" is more accurate. But the numbers DON'T lie -they've had a lot of people drop. (or give birth, whatever!)

There are three houses on this campus who get the top pledges. They are ChiO, PiPhi and TriDelt (not necessarily in that order). The next two houses, Theta and ADPi, take pride in taking a very specific type of girl: competitive and smart. Every other house is just a wannabe.

Someone stirring it up again to make us all look bad. These ranking lists that always appear are either put up by someone trying to stir the pot( either from Mizzou or not) or by someone who needs to constantly feel and reinforce to everyone that they are in a top house to make themselves feel better. I hope people (especially pnms) are smart enough to realize that most of us love the house we are in (regardless of what is said on this site) and don't spend our time worrying about what is going on in someone else's house.
