Chi O - doesn't have a stereotype. What does that mean?

Theta means driven extremely intelligent girls who are leaders.
Chi O means outgoing smart cute fun girls who are involved
Tri Delt means beautiful girls only need to apply

ChiO has one of the best retention rates in all of Greektown. And on Bid Day, more than 90% of the girls wearing their T-shirts at the Columns were in the top one-third of their bid list. This is what a successful house looks like, girls. And only TrDelt and PiPhi's numbers are in the same league. Haters can call them homely or overweight or psycho competitive, just like they call TriDelts bleach blond airheads or call PiPhis stoner hippie chicks. But most of the rest of Greek town wishes it could have anywhere near the success of these three houses. Sorry it's true. And sorry I'm not sorry. Success is sweet!!!!!

like a crazy ChiO. Defensive much? No one is saying there's anything wrong with being smart, chubby & butch, especially if you have good grades. ChiOs are kind of like Hillary Clinton. Smart, driven, unattractive, "cankles" and not well liked but have a distorted view of how wonderful they are.

Pi phi actually doesn't have as great of return rates as you may think. AXO surprisingly had higher return rates than pi phi this year. My friend on PHA told me because she was just as shocked as I was! Pi phi isn't all rainbows and butterflies

Not everyone wants to be in these self proclaimed top houses and don't fit the stereotype associated with each one. With close to 2000 girls going through recruitment, there are plenty of top pledges in every house this year.

To the person whose friend told her that AXO has a better return rate than PiPhi, time to get a new friend. AXO was #7 in return rates. PiPhi was #2. Here's the Top Ten from August 2014:
Delta, PiPhi, ChiO, Theta, ADPi, DG, AXO, Kappa, GPhi, APhi.
The top four actually were within 1.75 percentage points of each other. ADPi was not far behind and then the last five were not statistically different from one another. All were great return rates and AXO has come very far in the past few years. But there is a way to go before they lead the way in return rates.

Shame on you and everyone else who feels the need to mock a very successful house. Being Greek at Mizzou is such a wonderful thing... Until I see things like this. I hate that sorority women do this to each other. I live in laws with dozens of Chi Os, and to be honest, most of them are way hotter than the girls in my house. Not that I'm in a "bottom" house, but there are pretty girls in my house. The Chi Os I know party a lot more than I expected, but everyone loves them! They are such sweethearts. A few of them told me that the sophomores and freshman are way different from the upperclassmen, so maybe you're seeing some older Chi Os? Either way, I know my friends, as well, have friends in Chi O and they are honestly beautiful and carefree. What happened to PHA love?
